The purpose of this Cookie Policy (“Policy”) of Ithaka Infrastructure Partners SGEIC, S.L., a management company of closed-end collective investment entities, duly authorised and supervised by the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and registered in the register of management companies for closed-end collective investment entities at the CNMV under number 233, with registration date of 14 February 2025, having its registered office in Madrid, at Calle Velázquez 11, 1º izquierda, registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry, in volume 45946, folio 148, page M-807449, 1st entry, with Tax ID number B56548688 (“Ithaka”), is intended to inform users of the policy governing the collection and processing of cookies, pursuant to the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (“LSSI”), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”), Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (“LOPDGDD”), the guidelines issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, and any other applicable EU and Spanish legislation in force.

Ithaka’s websites use cookies, which are small data files stored on the user’s or customer’s computer that allow our systems to remember characteristics or preferences when browsing our websites. 1.3. What are cookies?

iiiAccording to their purpose:

  • Technical cookies: these are cookies that allow the user to browse the website and use the different options or services available on it, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted areas or using security features during browsing.
  • Personalisation cookies: these are cookies that allow the user to access the service with certain general characteristics predefined based on a series of criteria on the user’s terminal, such as the language, the type of browser used to access the service, the regional settings from which the service is accessed, etc.
  • Analytics or measurement cookies: these are cookies that allow Ithaka to track and analyse the behaviour of users of the websites to which they are linked, including the quantification of the impact of advertisements. The information collected through this type of cookie is used to measure the activity of websites, applications or platforms, and to create browsing profiles of the users of such sites, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the usage data of the service.
  • Behavioural advertising cookies: these are cookies that store information about user behaviour obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows the development of a specific profile in order to display advertising based on that profile.

Detailed and up-to-date information about the cookies actually used on the Ithaka website (including type, duration and purpose) is provided to the user through the preferences panel of the cookie banner (Consent Management Platform), initially accessible upon entering the Ithaka website and available at all times so that the user may modify or withdraw their consent.
