The financial products managed by Ithaka are governed by Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector (the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, SFDR), and, in particular, by the disclosure obligations set out in Article 10 implemented by articles 23 et seq. of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/1288.
