Prior to Ithaka, she worked as an Event Manager at Grupo La Máquina in Madrid, focusing most of her events at the restaurant located in the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium (Puerta 57). Before that, she worked as an Office Manager in Oviedo in the F&B sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Studies from the University of Oviedo.
