Prior to Ithaka, Juan was a Legal & Corporate Compliance In-house Counsel & Investment Committee member at SGS Group, providing M&A (legal & business) advisory to the Board of Directors and Shareholders of the companies of the Group through different transactions. He is a Spanish qualified lawyer. He holds a LLM at CEU San Pablo University (Spain) and an Executive Diploma at ESADE Business & Law School (Spain).
