Applicable law and jurisdiction

These general conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain. If the client or user is a consumer, current consumer regulations shall apply, which will determine the jurisdiction that shall hear the relationship between Ithaka and the website user.
